Hey there! I've been an avid PlyoJammer since 2015. My first class was with the one and only Stacey! She inspired me to become an instructor and I even had the honor of subbing several of her classes while she traveled and spread PlyoJam to other countries. I've taught at several different locations and have had a variety of students. I love teaching and seeing all ages and all skill levels come together to have fun and better their health. PlyoJam is unlike any other cardio workout I've tried. I feel truly blessed to have the abilities and time to teach. I'm TRULY blessed with a supportive family who watch my three littles while I get to do what I love, dance!
