Less than $40 per week, less than $6 per day.
The PlyoJam Boost program is entirely virtual. All events can be done from the comfort of your home. But don't worry, you will feel completely connected to us and your fellow Boosters.
Most LIVE events will be available for replay inside your Boost portal, including specialty fitness classes, education classes, specialty soulful classes, and Facebook LIVES.

WHAT ARE BOOST PARTICIPANTS SAYING?
All I can say is WOW. This program is not the first wellness program I’ve tried, but I can honestly say it’s the first wellness program I’ve actually enjoyed! From the tasty recipes, to the exclusive strength and stretch content, to the genuine connection felt in the Morale Boosts, this program has been amazing. I’ve tried other programs in the past that had me feeling like participating was more of a chore than anything else, and have left me feeling like a failure halfway through because I couldn’t keep up with the strict diet or extreme exercise regime. Boost is totally different. This program changed the way I thought about myself and my health. It never tried to take away or restrict me from the things I enjoy. Instead, Boost added to my life in such a fulfilling way that improved me both physically and mentally. Boost also provided me with a community of other members who came from all walks of life and shared different insights. The connections that were formed during the Morale Boosts have led to true friendships that will extend beyond the end of this program for many of us. I enjoyed the program so much that I already signed up for the April Boost. If you are looking for a wellness program that is actually enjoyable and will help you achieve your health and wellness goals, no matter what they are, look no further. Boost is where it’s at!
The PlyoJam Boost Program has helped me put together skills that I already had along with learning some new skills into a plan that I know I can be consistent with long term. Stacey and Jason have taken time to get to know each of us on a personal level and I feel like we have all become friends. They have done an amazing job of working to create not only wonderful and helpful content but have worked across global time zones to ensure that they are reaching people at times convenient for them. I wouldn’t be where I am without PlyoJam! Thank you Stacey, Jason, and my PlyoJam friends for the unending support and this wonderful program!
The Boost program is so wonderful because I got my own Boost workout plan based on my survey questions. I learned that I needed to incorporate weights, stretching, and core (do I even have a core??) into my weekly routine. Starting with the plan that was in my guide, I tweaked it to fit my work schedule and for the last few weeks have been using it to guide my workouts. I already feel better/stronger. While coming up with a manageable exercise plan was my goal for joining Boost, I also received some added bonuses in the Boost program. First, I had never foam rolled before but I am so, so glad I did those classes. I now foam roll twice a week. I told Jason in one of the classes that I often would have sore feet upon getting out of bed, but that's gone now that I am a foam roller! It's so wonderful! Second, I have really enjoyed the sense of community both in the morale boosts and the FB group. This is such a wonderful group of people and I feel so fortunate to have participated. It is humbling and bonding to learn of others' struggles/successes and to hear the response from the Boost community. This sense of community has been a bright spot in a challenging time. Thank you very, very much for all that you do and all that you have given me and the rest of us.
