The format was born after many students asked for something more intense and effective than what other dance fitness programs provide. By blending the intensity of plyometric jump training with fun and easy to follow hip hop style dance combos, we found the perfect hybrid of dance and athleticism.
You do NOT have to be a great dancer or in perfect shape to be a PlyoJammer! Modifications are shown so that the work out is easily accessible for all fitness levels and dance abilities.

HOW DOES THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM WORK?
- Complete the application to ensure you are a good fit for the ambassador program.
- Upon ambassador approval, you will be given a personal code. Your code will give your followers 10% off any of the membership levels.
- We will use your code to track sales. You will be paid by the 15th of each month for the sales completed the prior month.
- No earning limits! The more clients you refer, the more you earn!
